Important: To enroll in the Group Supplemental Retirement Plan you must choose between a Retirement Annuity (RA) contract and a Group Supplemental Retirement Annuity (GSRA) contract. Each offers a possible advantage based on your retirement goals. An explanation appears on the RA and GSRA Plan Details pages. Please read it carefully before you apply.
Online Enrollment
Online enrollment is the fastest and easiest way to enroll. Before you enroll, have the following information available:
- Your investment allocations, which you select from your investment choices
- Your Social Security number
- Your beneficiary's Social Security number, birth date and address
