Enroll in 401(a) and 403(b)
Please note, online enrollment is available at this time for only the 401(a) and 403(b) Plans.

Enroll in 457(b)
Please note, online enrollment in the 457(b) plan must be conducted through the mail at this time.

Please complete the attached 457(b) enrollment application located in the below link and follow the steps below:

• Print the 457(b) enrollment application and complete the fields as indicated
• Sign the form as needed   
• Return your "457b enrollment application" and your "457b salary reduction form" found on your GW Administration Website MyRetirementPlan.gwu.edu to the address below.
