NOTE: In addition to your enrollment by phone, you must fill out the Retirement Investors' Club 403(b) Plan Salary Reduction Agreement form. You will not need an Advisor's signature from TIAA-CREF for this form to be completed for processing unless you have a 1-1 meeting with a TIAA-CREF Consultant upon enrollment. Please submit the Agreement to your employer's Human Resources/Benefits Office.
