We're pleased to offer you these options for enrolling in your Oregon University System retirement plans:
Online Enrollment
Online enrollment is the fastest and easiest way to enroll. Before you enroll, have the following information available:
- Your investment allocations, which you select from your investment options
- The Access Code for each plan for which you are eligible:
- OUS Optional Retirement Plan (ORP): 101528
- Unclassified OUS employees are eligible to participate
- ORP is an alternative to membership in the Public Employees' Retirement Plan (PERS) and the Oregon Public Service Retirement Plan (OPSRP)
- OUS Tax-Deferred Investment Plan: 101529
- All OUS employees and OSU clinical interns are eligible. Student employees may not participate.
- Your Social Security number
- Your beneficiary's Social Security number, birth date and address
Enroll By Mail
To enroll, follow these instructions:
- Download the enrollment materials below.
- Complete the fields as indicated.
- Sign the forms as needed.
- Submit the forms to your campus benefits office. (The forms should be received by the benefits office by the 10th of the month to be effective that month.)

If you are a current ORP participant and wish to change to TIAA-CREF from another ORP company, download and complete an ORP Change Form.
