If you have less than five years of regular service with the University, contributions to The Plan will be made in amounts equal to the following percentages of your annual budgeted salary: On the first $4,800, you contribute 3 1/3% and the University will contribute 6 2/3% on your behalf. Above $4,800, you contribute 5% and the University will contribute 10% on your behalf. At five years or more of regular service with the University, contributions will be made in amounts equal to the following percentages of your annual budgeted salary: You contribute 5% and the University will contribute 10%.
