The contributions are based on a percentage of your compensation. Compensation represents base earnings excluding overtime pay, bonuses and any other forms of supplemental remuneration.

Plan contributions by you are voluntary and are made either on a before- or after-tax basis. University Plan contributions will be made only if you have made your required contribution. The University will contribute 1% for every 1% of your pay you contribute, up to 4%.
