Online enrollment is the fastest and easiest way to enroll. Before you enroll, have the following information available:

• Your investment allocations, which you select from your investment choices
• Your Social Security number
• Your beneficiary's Social Security number, birth date and address

Designating Your Beneficiaries Take a moment to review your beneficiary designation and determine if a change is desired. You can change your designation online at tiaa-cref.org/profile or submit a Designation of Beneficiary form.  Please download the form by clicking here.

NOTE: To enroll in the TDSP or the TDSP and Match Plan, you must complete and submit a Salary Reduction Agreement in addition to the enrollment application, which you can download above.
