Online enrollment is the fastest and easiest way to enroll. Before you enroll, have the following information available:
- Your investment allocations, which you select from your investment choices
- Your Social Security number
- Your beneficiary's Social Security number, birth date and address

Please note: To enroll in the Tax Sheltered Annuity Plan or the Tax Sheltered Annuity and Cash Match Plan, go to your Human Resources Department to complete a Salary Reduction Agreement, which you must submit in addition to the enrollment application above.
